Aren't Merry-go-rounds merry?

Who ever invented merry-go-rounds is now #2 on my list of great inventors of the universe (John Deere being #1). I went to the beach last weekend with my family and I got to ride on this horse. Can you stand it?! My mom and dad said that they were surprised how fast this went around and around. REALLY FAST!!! Hard core!

We went on lots of walks on the beach and talked about playing hide and seek in the sand dunes when I'm a big boy. There's lots to look forward to.

There has been an update on my concert-going skills. We went to a disco dance before leaving for the beach and I boogied my brains out! When we first got there, I wasn't happy about it. But then someone gave me my first juice box (maybe #3 on my list). That's where it all turned around for me. I sucked it down! I was so high on sugar that there was nothing to do but DANCE!!!

I love to love.

Like I said, I really like to give loves these days. That's my cousin Cassidy up there. She wanted to play and I wanted to snuggle. You know who likes it even more, my mama and dada. They think it's great when I squeeze my buffed arms around them and give them a good flex.

We spent Easter in California. Apparently, that's where the Easter bunny lives because he was there, too. There was no lap sittin' so the bunny has my vote. Now we just have to do something about Santa's expectations this year. I don't care if he has a sack full of cheese puffs and reads me Where the While Things Are. I'm not getting on his lap. Period.

Speaking of Where the Wild Things Are. AWESOME. There are a couple of pages where there is nothing to read and the monsters are just marching. And when we read it we chant. Dun da da da dun! Woooo wooooo wooo. ooooooooo!!!! (you have to do that part covering and uncovering your mouth over and over again.) And if you just make those sounds, I will go and dig up this book and sit on your lap for an adventure (unless you're Santa).

So I went to my first rock concert with my friend AJ last weekend. I cried! And not the type of wailing people used to do when they saw The Beatles. It was more of the GET ME OUT OF HERE variety! It was dark and loud and I didn't like it. So we left and went to the playground. Now that's my idea of a good time.
