Look! No Hands!!

I finally decided to get up and walk. Since then, life has gotten a whole lot more exciting. My mom and dad take me on walks (sans stroller) in the park, at the pumpkin patch, around the block... you name it, I've walked it. I even have some hard core shoes for the rougher terraine.

This past weekend I went to the farm where my dad works. We saw some cows, sheep, and goats. We picked pumpkins, ate undercooked hamburgers, and walked (of course). I was hoping that I would get to wear my costume at the farm but nobody else was wearing one and dad didn't want me to look like a dork.

I'm 1 !!!!!

Thaaaaaaaat's right!!!! It's good to be 1. Being a big boy has come with one huge perk. ICE-CREAM. My grammy gave it to me when I went to California. What had they been waiting for?! When I got back to Portland, my mom and dad gave me a birthday cake covered in icing. Bleh. I cried and cried. I cried the entire time they dug through the freezer for the ice-cream. And when I had that sweet spoon in my mouth, I stopped.

I have been spending a lot of time at the Oregon Museum of Science and Industry lately. It's not for nerds! They have this great play area for 0-24 months (perfect for picking up chicks my age) where I like to roll around in this tub full of balls. Who thinks of these things? I want to live there! And I tell my mom that every time we leave (using the arch-the-back technique).

Today we went to my music class. Usually I love it. But today, this scary girl tried to pick me up while she had me in a head-lock. DUDE!! Fortunately my mom was able to pry her hands off me in the nick of time. Then the teacher pulled out lots of hula hoops and I immediately forgot all my troubles.

A Message from the Management

My secretary has misplaced her camera charger and has therefore been unable to record my stellar progress. And I'm WALKING darnit! Stay tuned.
