Where to start?
Our computer crashed so we're a little behind. Let's see. OH!! Halloween! I really had a love/hate relationship with Halloween. Love the candy. Hate the scarey goblins. We went trick-or-treating and I got the pants scared off me when a masked man climbed out of a coffin on his front lawn. NOT. FUNNY. So, we had to go home.
But you know what I did love? When all the leaves fell off the trees! We got to play in them and rake them up.
The other day I found a tupperware on the counter with two cookies in it. While nobody was looking I quietly removed the lid, took one out, and hid in a dark corner so I could enjoy it in peace. My dad found me just as I had finished wicking my wips. This is how the conversation went...
"Dean, did you just take a cookie?"
"No."
"Dean, there were two cookies and now there is only one. Did you eat one?"
"No."
"Dean?"
"No."
"Dean, open your mouth and let me see."
"No, thank you."
"Open your mouth."
"Ahh."
"Dean, you DID eat a cookie. You have to ask mommy or daddy if you want one."
"Can I have another one?"
And now it's Thanksgiving. My mom is a little stressed out about how much I am going to stuff my face today. Let the games begin, people!!!
